When you join the Petal Post, we collect the email address you submit. If you contact us directly, we may also receive your name, message, and any other information you choose to share. When online ordering becomes available, order and payment information will be processed through Square.

• Send Petal Post garden updates and bouquet availability notices.
• Respond to questions, requests, and customer service needs.
• Operate, protect, and improve our website and business.
• Meet legal, accounting, or security requirements.

Square and service providers

Our email signup is processed by Square and added to the Dirt Cute Blooms Customer Directory. Square processes that information under its own privacy practices. We may also use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, analytics, and business operations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing us. You may also ask us to correct or delete information associated with your email address, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website and mailing list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
